I’m Charlie, a photographer based in Berlin, working with clients worldwide. I picked up a camera as a kid and never really put it down. At some point it simply became the way I understand people and the world around me. What has always driven me is a mix of curiosity and empathy. I love being close to different characters, listening, watching, and turning that energy into images.

My work lives somewhere between lifestyle, people, fashion, Beauty and reportage. I document brand worlds, nights and encounters the way they actually feel: raw, intimate and still carefully composed. I’m drawn to situations where something unexpected happens. A glance, a body slipping out of a pose, a quiet second between two loud ones.

From intimate events and red-carpet moments to brand activations, editorials and campaign productions, I create imagery that is emotionally honest and practical in use, made to work across campaigns, online and print media, social media, PR and internal communication. In the end, my goal is always to capture something real: an attitude, a sense of vulnerability, a feeling of freedom. If my images can pull someone out of their everyday life for a moment, move them or encourage them to follow their own path, then my work makes sense to me.
